These terms govern the purchase and use of XPFeed Premium, the paid plan of XPFEED. By subscribing you accept these conditions, together with the Legal notice and the Privacy policy.
XPFeed Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional XPFEED features. The free part of the platform remains available without the need to subscribe.
The Premium subscription includes:
XPFeed Premium costs €3.99 per month, taxes included. The charge is made on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, our payment provider. XPFEED does not store or have access to your full card details: they are handled by Stripe.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly period at the current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel Premium at any time from the Premium page, under “Manage subscription”. Cancellation stops future charges: your account keeps the Premium benefits until the end of the period already paid for and then returns to the free plan. The current monthly period is not refunded.
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw from the subscription without justification. To exercise it, write to us at [email protected]. If you asked for Premium to start immediately, upon withdrawal you must pay the proportional part of the service already used until you notify us, and the rest will be refunded. Once the contracted period has been fully used with your express consent, the right of withdrawal is extinguished.
Premium is tied to your XPFEED account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Premium benefits are personal and cannot be transferred to or shared with other accounts.
We may change the price or the features included in Premium. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change, which will only apply from your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel the subscription before that date.
If a charge cannot be completed, we may temporarily suspend the Premium benefits until the payment is settled.
