At XPFEED we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, which external services we work with and what control you have over it.

We use your data to create and maintain your account, show you a personalized feed, send the notifications and emails you subscribe to, protect the platform against abuse and improve the service. The legal basis is the performance of the service you request, your consent (for advertising, analytics and the newsletter) and our legitimate interest in keeping XPFEED secure and functional. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Some of the providers above (such as Google, Twitch or Valve) are located outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards offered by each provider, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We keep your account data while your account remains active. If you delete your account or unsubscribe from the newsletter, we stop processing that data, unless the law requires us to keep it for a specific period.
You can access, correct, delete and request the portability of your data, as well as object to or restrict its processing and withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights from your profile settings or by writing to us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency).
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email solely to send you the bulletin. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
